In evaluating application‑oriented award-winning projects, the primary criteria were whether the project had successfully addressed critical core technologies within the industry, whether it demonstrated the company’s independent innovation capabilities, and whether the enterprise’s role as the main driver of technological innovation, along with the supporting role of science and technology programs, was clearly evident.
