Recently, at the Xudong Energy–PowerChina Jiangxi Electric Power Construction 2020 Hebei Residential PV Investment Promotion Conference held in Shijiazhuang, Talesun Photovoltaic signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hebei Xudong Energy. According to reports, dozens of Hebei-based distributors and representatives from well-known domestic manufacturers attended the event. The convening of this investment promotion conference has injected fresh vitality into Hebei’s residential PV market, while the new business model for residential PV systems has enabled more industry players to envision promising opportunities and identify areas of mutual alignment. During the conference, Ma Xianli, Secretary-General of the Hebei Provincial New Energy Photovoltaic Chamber of Commerce, noted that by the end of 2019, nationwide residential PV installations had surpassed one million households, with Hebei accounting for one-fifth of that total.

During this investment promotion conference, Ma Xianli, Secretary-General of the Hebei Province Photovoltaic New Energy Chamber of Commerce, noted that by the end of 2019, nationwide residential PV installations had surpassed one million households, with Hebei accounting for one-fifth of that total, making it a standout success story in both the photovoltaic and broader new‑energy sectors. Overall, Hebei’s PV industry has maintained steady growth, with strong momentum, substantial development potential, and the capacity to advance sustainably. In 2020, financial support is expected to provide fresh impetus to the province’s distributed PV sector, particularly residential PV. It is projected that an additional 55,000 residential PV systems will be installed in 2020. In light of this growth, Secretary-General Ma Xianli emphasized the need to focus on six key areas: First, prioritize product quality—using top‑tier, officially sourced components backed by warranties. Second, ensure high‑standard construction and installation—adopting scientifically sound designs and adhering to rigorous installation protocols. Third, strengthen operations and maintenance—enhancing monitoring and management to promptly identify and resolve issues. Fourth, implement full‑lifecycle management—covering component cleaning, equipment inspections, and lightning‑protection and grounding measures. Fifth, uphold ethical business practices—building a solid reputation and safeguarding credibility. Sixth, deliver robust service support—addressing problems swiftly and effectively.
