Relying on its high‑quality, high‑efficiency, and highly reliable modules, as well as more than a decade of deep technical expertise in the PV sector, Talesun Photovoltaic has successfully made the list of shortlisted module suppliers for China Energy Conservation’s 2021–2023 procurement cycle. This successful bid once again underscores Talesun Photovoltaic’s comprehensive strength. Since the beginning of this year, Talesun Photovoltaic has won contracts for the State Grid Shandong Comprehensive Energy Service Co., Ltd.’s ODM project for photovoltaic modules, the China Energy Engineering Group’s 2021–2022 centralized procurement of PV modules, and the State Grid Zhejiang Comprehensive Energy Service Co., Ltd.

Thanks to its high‑quality, high‑efficiency, and highly reliable module products, as well as more than a decade of technical expertise in the PV sector, Talesun Photovoltaic has been successfully included on the list of candidate module suppliers for China Energy Conservation’s 2021–2023 procurement cycle.

This successful bid once again underscores Talesun Photovoltaic’s comprehensive strength. Since the beginning of this year, Talesun Photovoltaic has secured contracts for the State Grid Shandong Comprehensive Energy Service Co., Ltd. ODM project for photovoltaic modules, the China Energy Engineering Group’s 2021–2022 centralized procurement of PV modules, the State Grid Zhejiang Comprehensive Energy Service Co., Ltd. module procurement, the competitive negotiation procurement of PV modules for Shanghai Electric’s Xinhua Power residential‑scale PV project in Zhuozhou, Hebei, as well as tenders from Guodian Investment, China Huaneng, China Railway Investment, and other major clients. With its high‑quality products and services, Talesun Photovoltaic has earned the favor and trust of numerous large energy enterprises, including central state‑owned enterprises.

With the advent of grid parity for photovoltaics, the introduction of China’s “dual carbon” goals, and the rollout of the “county-wide promotion” policy, the photovoltaic new‑energy industry is poised to seize a historic opportunity, as downstream demand continues to surge. Dong Shuguang, President of Talesun Photovoltaic, stated: “This year marks the inaugural year of Talesun second entrepreneurial journey and the start of capacity expansion, with plans to achieve 15 GW of module capacity and 12 GW of cell capacity. Currently, we are adding at least 1 GW of module capacity and 1 GW of cell capacity each month.”

In the domestic market, while steadily expanding its manufacturing capacity, Talesun Photovoltaic places great emphasis on strategic external partnerships. To date, the company has signed strategic cooperation agreements with entities including Guodian Investment Hubei New Energy, Guodian Investment Jiangsu New Energy, Shandong Guoxin, China Huadian Hebei Branch, and Beijing Enterprises Clean Energy, among others. Looking ahead, Talesun Photovoltaic will collaborate with central state-owned enterprises and major energy companies, forging strong alliances to jointly unlock untapped market opportunities and deliver highly reliable, efficient, and cost‑effective photovoltaic products to a broader customer base.
