Founded in South Korea in 1993, Paru primarily engages in the manufacturing and sales of tracking brackets. Its bracket products are not only used in domestic projects within Korea but are also exported to overseas markets such as Japan and the United States. In addition, Paru has developed numerous photovoltaic EPC and O&M projects, enjoying significant recognition and influence in the Korean PV industry.
Previously, Paru and Talesun Solar had engaged in extensive discussions, focusing on collaboration to deploy Talesun 9BB half-cell bifacial modules in agricultural projects in South Korea. As is well known, Talesun Solar is a pioneer of agrivoltaics both domestically and globally. As early as 2015, the company broke new ground by pioneering a “PV+” model, launching two groundbreaking initiatives: “Smart PV + Tech‑Driven Agriculture” and “PV Farms for Impoverished Villages.” Meanwhile, since the first half of this year, Talesun has undertaken upgrades to its module and cell production lines, and its current capacity for 9BB half-cell bifacial modules now exceeds 2 GW. These two key strengths were major factors in Paru’s decision to partner with Talesun. During this visit, Paru aims to finalize cooperation details and tour Talesun state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.

A delegation from Paru engaged in in-depth business discussions with senior executives at Talesun, culminating in the successful signing of an agency agreement for 9BB half-cell, high-efficiency bifacial modules. “Talesun boasts world-class production equipment and highly skilled, specialized line operators. Meanwhile, the Wannong Ecological Base project effectively integrates photovoltaic technology with agricultural production, minimizing land waste. If this model can be replicated in South Korea, it would undoubtedly be a boon for the Korean public, where land resources are scarce,” said Mr. Moon-Sig Kang, President of Paru, following his visit to Talesun production lines and the Wannong Ecological Base. “When paired, Paru’s tracking brackets and Talesun high-efficiency bifacial modules can significantly boost project power generation. I am confident about the future collaboration between Paru and Talesun.”
Mr. Xu Jia, Vice President of Overseas Sales at Talesun Asia-Pacific, stated: “South Korea holds a pivotal position in Talesun Asian market strategy. Partnering with a company like Paru, which boasts years of experience in photovoltaic projects within the Korean market, has significantly expanded Talesun sales channels there. We are hopeful that, through this collaboration, Talesun will achieve breakthroughs in both large-scale and agricultural PV projects in South Korea.”
This collaboration between Talesun and Paru marks another significant step forward for Talesun in the agrivoltaics sector.
