Recently, the second board meeting of the Changshu City Association for Returned Overseas Talents and Doctoral Scholars for 2016 was successfully held. The event was hosted by the Changshu Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and organized by Zhongli Talesun Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. Attending were more than 20 participants, including Tang Yi, Deputy Director of the Changshu Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau; Zhao Yong, President of the Association; Yao Cailian, Deputy Town Mayor of Shajiabang Town; Dr. Ni Zhichun, Vice President of Zhongli Talesun; Dr. Wei Qingzhu, Director of Technology and R&D; as well as other relevant leaders and members of the association’s board. During the meeting, Dr. Wei, Director of Technology and R&D at Zhongli Talesun, presented an overview of the company to the attendees and led them on a tour of the laboratory, the rooftop solar power station, and the photovoltaic facilities.

Hosted by the Changshu Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and organized by Zhongli Talesun Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd., the event brought together more than 20 participants, including Tang Yi, Deputy Director of the Changshu Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security; Zhao Yong, President of the Association; Yao Cailian, Deputy Town Mayor of Shajiabang Town; Dr. Ni Zhichun, Vice President of Zhongli Talesun; Dr. Wei Qingzhu, Director of Technology and R&D; as well as other relevant leaders and members of the association’s board.
At the meeting, Dr. Wei, Director of Technology R&D at Zhongli Talesun, presented an overview of Talesun to the attendees and led them on a tour of the laboratory, the rooftop solar power station, and the smart O&M cloud center for photovoltaic plants. During the session, Chairman Zhao outlined the institutional framework of the Association for Returned Overseas Talents and the Doctoral Fellowship, discussed key priorities for 2016, and reviewed proposals related to member management. Finally, Director Tang Yi provided feedback on the current work of the Association for Returned Overseas Talents and the Doctoral Fellowship, and laid out plans for 2016: first, to strengthen networking and foster exchanges by organizing a variety of engaging activities that boost members’ enthusiasm and better support the city’s economic development; second, to enhance the organizational structure of the fellowship, refine member management, and deepen humanistic care, thereby further bolstering team cohesion; and third, to encourage doctoral members to actively offer insights and recommendations, fully leveraging the fellowship’s role as a think tank.
