In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Water Resources’ Notice on Strengthening Mid‑ and Post‑Project Supervision and Standardizing the Self‑Verification of Soil and Water Conservation Facilities for Production and Construction Projects (Shui Bao [2017] No. 365), an acceptance team was established, with our company serving as the team leader and comprising the soil and water conservation plan preparation unit, the supervision unit, the monitoring unit, the construction unit, and a third‑party agency. The team independently organized the acceptance inspection of the soil and water conservation facilities for the Tieling Xuancheng Cai Niu Photovoltaic Power Generation Project.
Following the approval of the Tieling Xuancheng CaiNiu Photovoltaic Power Generation Project, our company commissioned the project‑planning agency to prepare the Soil and Water Conservation Plan Report, which was subsequently approved. We also designated a specialized contractor for soil and water conservation works and engaged a qualified entity to provide supervision and monitoring throughout the construction phase. Upon completion of construction, we retained an independent third‑party organization to draft the “Soil and Water Conservation Facilities Acceptance Report for the Tieling Xuancheng CaiNiu Photovoltaic Power Generation Project.” An acceptance meeting was convened on April 16, 2018. Following verification by the acceptance committee, the reported data were found to be accurate and reliable, the construction quality met the design specifications, and the project complied with the soil and water conservation acceptance criteria. Accordingly, the soil and water conservation facilities of the Tieling Xuancheng CaiNiu Photovoltaic Power Generation Project are hereby approved as having passed acceptance.
