In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Water Resources’ Notice on Strengthening Mid‑ and Post‑Project Supervision and Standardizing the Self‑Verification of Soil and Water Conservation Facilities for Production and Construction Projects (Shui Bao [2017] No. 365), an acceptance team was established, with our company serving as the team leader and comprising representatives from the soil and water conservation plan preparation unit, the supervision unit, the monitoring unit, the construction unit, and a third‑party agency. This team independently organized the acceptance inspection of the soil and water conservation facilities for the Xianghui New Energy Tieling Jiguanshan 15 MWp Grid‑Connected Photovoltaic Power Station Project. Following the project’s approval, our company commissioned the plan‑preparation unit to prepare the soil and water conservation plan report for this project and obtained the necessary approval.

Following the approval of the Xianghui New Energy Tieling Jiguanshan 15 MWp Grid-Connected Photovoltaic Power Station Project, our company commissioned the project‑planning agency to prepare the Soil and Water Conservation Plan Report, which was subsequently approved. A specialized contractor for soil and water conservation was selected, and a qualified entity was engaged to provide supervision and monitoring throughout the construction phase. Upon completion of construction, a third‑party organization prepared the “Acceptance Report on Soil and Water Conservation Facilities for the Xianghui New Energy Tieling Jiguanshan 15 MWp Grid-Connected Photovoltaic Power Station Project.” An acceptance meeting was convened on April 16, 2018. The acceptance committee confirmed that the reported data are accurate and valid, the construction quality meets the design specifications, and the project complies with the soil and water conservation acceptance criteria. Accordingly, the soil and water conservation facilities of the Xianghui New Energy Tieling Jiguanshan 15 MWp Grid-Connected Photovoltaic Power Station Project are hereby approved as having passed acceptance.
