To further safeguard customer rights, Talesun Photovoltaic has upgraded its product authentication experience. The new version features a dedicated anti-counterfeiting label affixed to the side of the module frame, eliminating the need for customers to search for a website or manually enter a lengthy barcode. Simply scan the QR code on the anti-counterfeiting label with your smartphone; once the initial verification is successful, scan the module’s barcode to view the authentication results.

The new version features a dedicated anti-counterfeiting label affixed to the side of the module frame, eliminating the need for customers to search for a website or manually enter a lengthy barcode. Simply scan the QR code on the anti-counterfeiting label with your smartphone; once the initial check passes, scan the module’s barcode to view the verification results.
In the past, customers had to navigate to the inquiry page and manually enter the product’s barcode. Now, they simply locate the anti-counterfeiting label on the side of the component’s frame, scan the QR code to initiate a preliminary verification, and, once the initial check passes, the page prompts them to proceed with scanning the component’s barcode. After completing the barcode scan, they can view the verification results and product information—making the entire process far more intuitive.
1. Scan the anti-counterfeiting QR code | Locate the anti-counterfeiting label on the side of the component’s frame, scan the QR code with your smartphone, and proceed to the Talesun official verification page to complete the preliminary check.
2. Scan the barcode after passing the initial inspection | After the QR code passes the initial verification, follow the on-screen instructions to scan the component’s barcode.
3. View Verification Results | After the barcode is scanned, the page will indicate whether the scan was successful and simultaneously display product information such as the component’s barcode and the production date.
After scanning the anti-counterfeiting QR code, the page will first perform an initial verification. Once the initial check passes, follow the prompts to scan the component’s barcode. Upon completing the barcode scan, the page will display a clear verification result. If the verification is successful, you can proceed to view the product information associated with that component.

If the page indicates that the anti-counterfeiting QR code is invalid, the barcode cannot be recognized, or the final verification result is abnormal, Please suspend all procurement, installation, and transfer activities, and retain the anti-counterfeiting label, component barcode, purchase receipt, and screenshots of the inquiry page. Further verification will be conducted through Talesun official customer service channels. The final outcome shall be determined based on the official review.
