To all relevant units: In order to effectively reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and strengthen risk management, Suzhou Talesun Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. has, in accordance with the procedures set forth in the “Tender Management Regulations,” organized a competitive negotiation for the 2025–2027 Long-Term Component Quality and Energy Efficiency Warranty Insurance Procurement Project. Following review by the Evaluation Committee and approval by the Project Tender Management Committee, the shortlisted bidders have been determined as follows: First-ranked bidder: Willis Insurance Brokerage Co., Ltd. Second-ranked bidder: Zhongyi Insurance.
