Recently, the Provincial Commission of Economy and Information Technology officially announced the results of the 2016 Jiangsu Province Demonstration Project Selection for Internet–Industrial Integration Innovation. Zhongli Talesun project on intelligent photovoltaic power station system integration and refined management under big data governance was among the winners. The designation of these demonstration pilot projects aims to accelerate the internet‑driven transformation and upgrading of large and medium-sized enterprises and key industries across the province, while fostering and guiding the development of new models and business formats. Following recommendations from economic and information technology departments at various levels, expert reviews, and on-site inspections, the enterprises ultimately approved represent a high standard in the field of Internet–industrial integration innovation within our province’s industrial sector. Internet–industrial integration innovation represents the deep convergence of informatization and industrialization.

Zhongli Talesun “Intelligent Photovoltaic Power Plant System Integration and Fine-Grained Management Project Based on Big Data” leverages an enterprise‑level cloud platform, seamlessly integrating cutting‑edge technologies such as cloud computing, big data, and 4G wireless communication. This robust solution underpins the intelligent operation of photovoltaic power plants, driving improvements in operational quality, efficiency, and overall business upgrading. The Intelligent Operations and Maintenance Cloud Center comprises three core components: a business performance visualization platform, an operations and maintenance data analytics platform, and a remote O&M dispatch platform. As a pioneering initiative in the industry, this project pioneers the “Internet Plus Photovoltaics” model, providing valuable best practices for power plant construction and operation across the PV sector.
