Recently, Suzhou Talesun Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) entered into a Photovoltaic Module Supply Contract with MEJENERGY DOO Spear, a subsidiary of the North Macedonian energy company (hereinafter referred to as “MEJENERGY”). Under the agreement, Tengyou Photovoltaic Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tengyou Photovoltaic”) will supply photovoltaic modules to MEJENERGY, with a transaction value of USD 16.3 million. According to the contract, Tengyou Photovoltaic will deliver BISTAR-series photovoltaic modules for use in the construction of a photovoltaic power plant in North Macedonia, leveraging 10-busbar half-cell technology.
Recently, Tengyou Photovoltaic Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tengyou Photovoltaic”), a subsidiary of Suzhou Talesun Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), entered into a Photovoltaic Module Supply Contract with MEJ ENERGY DOO S Spear, a Macedonian energy company (hereinafter referred to as “MEJ ENERGY”). Under the agreement, Tengyou Photovoltaic will sell photovoltaic modules to MEJ ENERGY, with a transaction value of USD 16.3 million.
Under the terms of the contract, Tengyou Photovoltaic will supply MEJ ENERGY with BISTAR‑series photovoltaic modules for the construction of a solar power plant in North Macedonia. Leveraging 10‑busbar half‑cell technology, this product line delivers first‑year power degradation of less than 2% and linear degradation of no more than 0.45%.

This collaboration not only underscores our company’s influence in the North Macedonian market but also lays a solid foundation for further expanding into the European market, thereby enhancing both our product market share and brand awareness.
Since the company embarked on its global expansion in the photovoltaic sector, more than a decade of dedicated effort has enabled it to establish a well‑developed marketing network and a mature market ecosystem overseas. The signing of this module supply contract, first, comes at a time when demand for new energy in Europe is surging; the company has proactively expanded into European and other international PV markets and is gradually reaping the benefits, which will help further broaden its overseas PV sales operations and enhance both its market share and brand recognition. Second, it will facilitate the absorption of the company’s PV module and cell production capacity, which is currently in a ramp‑up phase, thereby generating a positive impact on its overall business performance.
