Recently, Talesun Photovoltaic signed a 250 MW photovoltaic module supply agreement with CLEANSOLARPOWER (BHAINSADA) PRIVATE LIMITED, an Indian renewable energy developer (hereinafter referred to as CLEANSOLARPOWER). Recently, Talesun Photovoltaic signed a 250 MW photovoltaic module supply agreement with CLEAN SOLAR POWER (BHAINSADA) PRIVATE LIMITED, an Indian renewable energy developer (hereinafter referred to as “CLEAN SOLAR POWER”).
Under the terms of the contract, Talesun Photovoltaic will supply CLEAN SOLAR POWER with BIPRO‑series bifacial double‑glass photovoltaic modules for the construction of a ground‑mounted solar power plant in Rajasthan, India. Leveraging 10‑busbar half‑cell technology, this product line delivers first‑year power degradation of less than 2% and linear degradation of no more than 0.45%. With the added benefit of bifacial cell technology, it can boost customers’ energy yields by 5% to 25%.
According to data from India’s Central Electricity Authority, as of December 31, 2021, the country’s cumulative installed renewable energy capacity reached 151.4 GW, with solar PV accounting for 49.3 GW. India’s renewable energy sector enjoys a promising outlook and boasts significant potential for further solar PV expansion.
