On the morning of October 20, 2023, the Talesun Photovoltaic Postdoctoral Workstation’s evaluation meeting was successfully held at Talesun Photovoltaic’s headquarters in Changshu. The assessment panel invited Professor Zhang Jingquan from Sichuan University, Professor Ma Wanli from Soochow University, Professor Shen Honglie from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Professor Jiang Lin from Soochow University, Professor Liu Yangxian from Jiangsu University, Professor Wei Bo from Changshu Institute of Technology, and Associate Professor Zheng Nan from Dalian University of Technology to serve as experts on the defense committee. Leaders from the Changshu Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, relevant departments of the Changshu High-Tech Zone, and Talesun Photovoltaic’s Executive Vice President Zhang Jinchun also attended the meeting. At the meeting, seven postdoctoral researchers—Kong Junjun, Sun Lianhong, Si Xiaodong, Wang Wei, Liang Zhiqiang, Liu Zekuo, and Li Chunxiu—each presented detailed reports on their respective research projects and the results they have achieved. Following the presentations, the experts offered individual comments on each of the seven reports. They commended the significant research value of the projects undertaken by the postdocs and the progress made thus far, while also providing constructive guidance for future research.
