The Photovoltaic Energy Cup, launched by Sobi PV Network in 2012, has now reached its eighth edition. With “quality” as the cornerstone of its selection process, the award aims to identify and highlight the industry’s core players, set industry benchmarks, and recognize outstanding enterprises and exemplary managers who have made significant contributions to the photovoltaic sector over the past year, thereby driving the industry’s transformation, upgrading, and sustainable development. This year’s competition has received support from leading domestic and international technical institutions, including the China Quality Certification Centre, the National Inspection Group, TÜV, Fraunhofer, and NREL, ensuring the fairness and credibility of the selection process.
Currently, Talesun Photovoltaic boasts 10 GW of high-efficiency module capacity and 6 GW of cell production capacity. Since 2015, it has been recognized by BloombergNEF as a Tier‑1 global module supplier for six consecutive years, with cumulative self‑developed utility‑scale solar projects exceeding 7.5 GW worldwide.
