During the three-day audit, the auditing experts fully endorsed the effectiveness and conformity of the company’s social responsibility management system, and the audit proceeded smoothly overall.
This surveillance audit was conducted to assess whether the company’s social responsibility management system continues to meet the requirements of the SA8000 standard and whether the system is being effectively implemented and maintained. During the audit, the expert team carried out a comprehensive and thorough evaluation of various aspects, including human rights, labor practices, health and safety, and the management system, through document review, on-site inspections, and employee interviews.
The audit results indicate that Talesun Photovoltaic’s social responsibility management system is operating effectively and complies with the requirements of the SA8000 standard. At the same time, the audit team identified two minor nonconformities and provided professional recommendations for improvement.
