On December 27, 2024, Suzhou Talesun Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) successfully completed a restructuring by introducing Xiamen Jianfa Group Co., Ltd.—ranked 85th on the Fortune Global 500—through an increase in capital and share expansion, thereby making Jianfa Shares the Company’s de facto controlling shareholder. To better expand into and maintain its overseas markets, and following planning and decision-making by the company’s management, while keeping the existing operating and production shareholders unchanged, the Company has undertaken an upgrade and expansion of the TALESUN brand under Talesun Photovoltaic. Specifically for overseas markets, it has established a sub-brand, TAEKMO, with products, pricing, and marketing strategies tailored to meet local market needs.
