Recently, the Talesun Photovoltaic Inspection and Testing Center successfully passed the review (re‑assessment plus scope expansion) conducted by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). A total of 42 new test items have been added, including IEC 61215‑2:2021 and UL 61730‑2:2017. The expert panel comprehensively evaluated the center’s management system, operational procedures, equipment capabilities, measurement uncertainty, and other aspects, fully recognizing the center’s testing competence and management standards. Zhang Jinchun, Executive Vice President of the company, expressed his gratitude to the expert panel for their highly responsible, rigorous, and pragmatic assessment. Mr. Zhang instructed all members of the center to take immediate action, upholding a spirit of diligence, proactiveness, and meticulousness.

Introduction to Talesun Photovoltaic Inspection and Testing Center

The laboratory occupies 2,000 square meters, with a total investment exceeding RMB 30 million. It is equipped with more than 40 advanced instruments and equipment from both domestic and international sources, and employs a team of highly qualified testing professionals. The facility comprises four specialized laboratories: the Materials Testing Lab, the Safety Testing Lab, the Performance Testing Lab, and the Environmental Testing Lab, offering a comprehensive suite of tests that spans product certification procedures, module reliability assessments, accelerated aging studies, and material evaluation and research. The lab complies with international photovoltaic standards such as IEC 61215, IEC 61730, and UL 61730, and its testing capabilities broadly cover the scope of IEC, UL, and other internationally recognized standard‑based assays.

The Mission of a Beam of Light: Talesun Photovoltaic Wins Second Prize in the Suzhou AI Video Competition

Recently, the AI‑based science‑communication video “The Mission of a Beam of Light,” created by Talesun Photovoltaic, won the second prize in the Social Category of the 2026 Suzhou Artificial Intelligence Video Production Competition. The competition received a total of 525 entries, and Talesun Photovoltaic leveraged AI technology to advance the dissemination of photovoltaic knowledge, showcasing innovative approaches in video production and scientific communication.
