In June this year, Belgium’s largest photovoltaic power plant to date was completed and connected to the grid, marking the largest solar project in the history of Western Europe as well. The project has a total installed capacity of 99.5 MW. Talesun Photovoltaic served as the exclusive module supplier, providing polycrystalline PIPROTP672P modules. Initiated by the local Flemish investment firm LRMnv, the project was executed under an EPC contract by ENGIE Fabricom, a subsidiary of the French energy giant ENGIE. The facility comprises 303,000 photovoltaic modules and spans an area of 93 hectares. It is expected to generate approximately 8,500 MWh of electricity annually.

Talesun Photovoltaic served as the project’s exclusive module supplier, providing polycrystalline PIPRO TP672P modules.
This large-scale project was initiated by the local Flemish investment company LRM nv and is being executed under an EPC contract by ENGIE Fabricom, a subsidiary of the French energy giant ENGIE. The project utilizes a total of 303,000 photovoltaic modules across a site spanning 93 hectares. It is expected to generate approximately 85 million kWh of electricity annually, offsetting roughly 140,000 tonnes of CO₂ emissions each year. According to reports, the project, which commenced last autumn, will supply clean energy to the zinc producer Nyrstar.
