On August 17, 2023, local time, Mr. Zhang Jinchun, Executive Vice President; Mr. Hu Guisuo, Senior Vice President; and Mr. Fang Liang, General Manager of the Thai factory, of Suzhou Talesun Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Talesun PV), were invited to hold discussions with the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand on technological innovation in the photovoltaic industry and potential areas of cooperation between the two parties in the field of local PV projects. This invitation underscores the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand’s recognition of Talesun PV’s advanced technologies and its growing influence in the Thai market. As early as 2014, Talesun PV established Talesun Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. within the Amata City Industrial Park in Rayong Province, Thailand.

(hereinafter referred to as “Talesun Photovoltaic”) were invited to engage in discussions with the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand on technological innovation in the photovoltaic industry and potential areas of collaboration between the two parties in the field of local PV projects. This invitation underscores the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand’s recognition of Talesun Photovoltaic’s cutting-edge technology and its growing influence in the Thai market.

As early as 2014, Talesun Photovoltaic established a manufacturing facility—Talesun Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd.—within the Amata City Industrial Park in Rayong Province, Thailand. The company occupies a total site of 156 mu. Currently, it boasts an annual production capacity of 2 GW for high-efficiency solar cells and 2 GW for high-efficiency solar modules, employs over 1,000 staff, generates an annual output value of approximately RMB 4 billion, and has attracted total investments exceeding RMB 1 billion.

 

 

 

 

Looking ahead, Talesun Photovoltaic will actively engage in exchanges and collaborations with leading energy companies such as the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand, leveraging high‑efficiency, reliable photovoltaic modules to jointly develop premium solar power plant projects. The company has thus once again earned international recognition for its laboratory capacity building and quality management.

The Mission of a Beam of Light: Talesun Photovoltaic Wins Second Prize in the Suzhou AI Video Competition

Recently, the AI‑based science‑communication video “The Mission of a Beam of Light,” created by Talesun Photovoltaic, won the second prize in the Social Category of the 2026 Suzhou Artificial Intelligence Video Production Competition. The competition received a total of 525 entries, and Talesun Photovoltaic leveraged AI technology to advance the dissemination of photovoltaic knowledge, showcasing innovative approaches in video production and scientific communication.
