He also emphasized the need, while ensuring product quality and production capacity, to establish a dedicated improvement task force to continuously reduce costs and boost efficiency, pursue both revenue growth and cost control, further strengthen the management talent pipeline among Thai employees, cultivate bilingual frontline personnel, and accelerate the advancement of the project to expand module production capacity.
