Recently, Dong Shuguang, President of Talesun Photovoltaic, led a delegation to Hefei Buno Solar Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hefei Buno), where they paid a courtesy visit to General Manager Dai Xijun and other company executives. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on current trends in the photovoltaic market, corporate development strategies, business models, and R&D technologies, and subsequently signed a strategic cooperation agreement for 500 MW in 2022. Under the terms of the agreement, Hefei Buno will procure from Talesun Photovoltaic a total of no less than 500 MW of photovoltaic products in 2022. Moving forward, both parties will continue to leverage their respective strengths, deepen their comprehensive strategic partnership, and fully capitalize on their competitive advantages in the new‑energy sector and their technological innovation capabilities.

Under the agreement, in 2022 Hefei Buno will procure from Talesun Photovoltaic a total of no less than 500 MW of photovoltaic products. The two parties will continue to leverage their respective strengths, deepen their comprehensive strategic partnership, and fully capitalize on their market competitiveness and technological innovation advantages in the new‑energy sector, jointly advancing the large‑scale development and deployment of clean energy worldwide and accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the energy mix.

In 2022, we will fully enter the integrated business of solar‑storage‑charging‑discharging systems, launching residential energy storage units ranging from 15 to 30 kW, pack‑type all‑in‑one energy storage systems, and containerized energy storage solutions for commercial and industrial applications. By March 2022, preliminary testing of our BMS and EMS platforms had been completed, and by June 2022, Phase I production was commissioned. We are committed to advancing our global integrated‑system business, as well as related project investment and design efforts. Together with Talesun Photovoltaic, we will collaboratively develop and build higher‑quality, more competitive PV projects, continuously creating value for the photovoltaic industry.”
