In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Water Resources’ Notice on Strengthening Mid‑ and Post‑Project Supervision and Standardizing the Self‑Verification of Soil and Water Conservation Facilities for Production and Construction Projects (Shui Bao [2017] No. 365), an acceptance team was established, with our company serving as the team leader and comprising the soil and water conservation plan preparation unit, the supervision unit, the monitoring unit, the construction unit, and a third‑party agency. The team independently organized the acceptance inspection of the soil and water conservation facilities for the Dingyuan Haohui Photovoltaic Phase II Project. Following the project’s approval, our company commissioned the plan preparation unit to prepare the soil and water conservation plan report and obtained the corresponding approval document; furthermore, a specialized contractor for soil and water conservation works was designated.

The team independently organized the acceptance of the soil and water conservation facilities for the Dingyuan Haohui Photovoltaic Phase II Power Generation Project.
Following the approval of the Dingyuan Haohui Photovoltaic Phase II Project, our company commissioned the project‑planning agency to prepare the Soil and Water Conservation Plan Report, which was subsequently approved. A specialized contractor for soil and water conservation works was selected, and a qualified entity was engaged to provide supervision and monitoring throughout the construction period. Upon completion of construction, a third‑party organization prepared the “Soil and Water Conservation Facilities Acceptance Report for the Dingyuan Haohui Photovoltaic Phase II Project,” and an acceptance meeting was convened on January 3, 2018. The acceptance panel confirmed that the reported data are accurate and valid, the construction quality meets the design specifications, and the project complies with the soil and water conservation acceptance criteria. Accordingly, the soil and water conservation facilities of the Dingyuan Haohui Photovoltaic Phase II Project are hereby approved as having passed acceptance.
