Huzhou Honghui Photovoltaic Power Generation Co., Ltd., in accordance with the Regulations on Environmental Protection Management of Construction Projects (Decree No. 682 of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China) and pursuant to the “Notice on the Issuance of the Provisional Measures for Environmental Protection Acceptance upon Completion of Construction Projects” (Guohuan Gui Huanping [2017] No. 4), as well as other relevant laws and regulations, has organized the completion acceptance of this project. The acceptance opinions have now been formulated and are hereby made public in compliance with applicable requirements, subject to public oversight. Attachment 1: Environmental Impact Assessment and Acceptance Opinions for the 60 MW Huzhou Honghui Project Site.

Huzhou Honghui Photovoltaic Power Generation Co., Ltd., in accordance with the Regulations on Environmental Protection Management of Construction Projects (Decree No. 682 of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China) and pursuant to the Announcement on the Issuance of the Provisional Measures for Environmental Protection Acceptance upon Completion of Construction Projects (Guohuan Gui Huanping [2017] No. 4), as well as other relevant laws and regulations, has organized the completion acceptance of this project. The acceptance opinions have now been formulated and are hereby made public in compliance with applicable provisions, subject to public oversight.
