In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Water Resources’ Notice on Strengthening Mid‑ and Post‑Project Supervision and Standardizing the Self‑Verification of Soil and Water Conservation Facilities for Production and Construction Projects (Document No. Shui Bao [2017] 365), an acceptance team was established, with our company serving as the team leader and comprising representatives from the soil and water conservation plan preparation unit, the supervision unit, the monitoring unit, the construction unit, and a third‑party agency. This team independently organized the acceptance inspection of the soil and water conservation facilities for the Nanxun 100 MWp Fishery‑Photovoltaic Complementary Photovoltaic Power Generation Project of Huzhou Xianghui Photovoltaic Power Generation Co., Ltd. Following the project’s approval, our company commissioned the plan preparation unit to develop the project’s soil and water conservation plan.

The team independently organized the acceptance inspection of the soil and water conservation facilities for the Nanxun 100 MWp Fishery‑Photovoltaic Complementary Power Generation Project of Huzhou Xianghui Photovoltaic Power Generation Co., Ltd.
Following the approval of the Nanxun 100 MWp Fishery–Photovoltaic Complementary Power Generation Project of Huzhou Xianghui Photovoltaic Power Generation Co., Ltd., our company commissioned the project‑planning agency to prepare the Soil and Water Conservation Plan, which was subsequently approved. We also designated a specialized contractor for soil and water conservation works and engaged a qualified entity to provide supervision and monitoring throughout the construction phase. Upon completion of construction, we retained an independent third‑party organization to draft the “Acceptance Report on Soil and Water Conservation Facilities for the Nanxun 100 MWp Fishery–Photovoltaic Complementary Power Generation Project of Huzhou Xianghui Photovoltaic Power Generation Co., Ltd.” On January 14, 2019, we convened the project’s acceptance meeting. The acceptance committee confirmed that the reported data were accurate and valid, the construction quality met the design specifications, and the project complied with the soil and water conservation acceptance criteria. Accordingly, the soil and water conservation facilities of the Nanxun 100 MWp Fishery–Photovoltaic Complementary Power Generation Project of Huzhou Xianghui Photovoltaic Power Generation Co., Ltd. were approved upon acceptance.
