In the second half of the year, Talesun Photovoltaic accelerated its expansion into the domestic market, signing a series of product‑supply cooperation agreements and photovoltaic module sales orders. By 2021, its cumulative order volume had reached 2 GW. Its partners include numerous well‑known enterprises, such as major state‑owned power generation groups, local State Grid‑affiliated comprehensive energy service companies, Huangshi Jinneng Photovoltaic Co., Ltd., Huzhou Nanxun Electric Power Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd., Ningbo Ningdian New Energy Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai Electric Transmission & Distribution Group Co., Ltd., Suqian Yunhe Port Power Sales Co., Ltd., Zhongneng Electric, and Zhejiang Jinbei Energy Technology, among others.
The fulfillment of a series of sales orders once again underscores Talesun Photovoltaic’s overall strength. Specifically, Talesun Photovoltaic will supply 82 MW of photovoltaic modules to two State Grid‑affiliated companies: State Grid Zhejiang Comprehensive Energy Service Co., Ltd. and Suqian Yunhe Port Power Distribution Co., Ltd. To date, Talesun Photovoltaic’s business collaborations with State Grid‑related enterprises have expanded across the three major provincial photovoltaic markets of Zhejiang, Shandong, and Jiangsu.
With the introduction of the nation’s “dual carbon” goals and the rollout of the “county-wide promotion” policy, China’s photovoltaic market has entered a new phase of rapid growth. According to data released by the National Energy Administration at the end of October 2021, during the first three quarters of this year, the country added 25.56 GW of new PV capacity, a year-on-year increase of 44%.
