In accordance with the “Decision of the State Council on Amending the Regulations on Environmental Protection Management for Completion of Construction Projects” (State Council Order No. 682) and the Ministry of Environmental Protection’s “Notice on the Issuance of the Provisional Measures for Environmental Protection Acceptance upon Completion of Construction Projects” (Guohuan Gui Huanping [2017] No. 4), the environmental protection acceptance details for the 110 kV Xuyuan Photovoltaic Step-Up Substation and Transmission Line Project of the Shenmu Zixu 50 MW Photovoltaic Power Station are hereby made public, including the acceptance investigation report form and the acceptance opinions, as follows: 1. In accordance with the “Decision of the State Council on Amending the Regulations on Environmental Protection Management for Completion of Construction Projects” (State Council Order No. 682) and the Ministry of Environmental Protection’s “Notice on the Issuance of the Provisional Measures for Environmental Protection Acceptance upon Completion of Construction Projects” (Huan Gui Huan Ping [2017] No. 4), the environmental protection acceptance details for the 110 kV Xuyuan Photovoltaic Step-Up Substation and Transmission Line Project of the Shenmu Zixu 50 MW Photovoltaic Power Station— including the acceptance investigation report form and the acceptance opinions—are hereby publicly announced as follows:

1. Project Name: Shenmu Zixu 50 MW Photovoltaic Power Station – 110 kV Xuyuan PV Step-Up Substation and Transmission Line Project

2. Project construction site: Zhongji Town, Shenmu City, Yulin Municipality, Shaanxi Province

3. Project Developer: Shenmu Zixu New Energy Co., Ltd.

4. Project Scope: The project comprises two main components: (1) the construction of a 110 kV step-up substation with a main transformer capacity of 1 × 50 MVA; and (2) a single-circuit overhead transmission line connecting the Xuyuan 110 kV step-up substation to the Zijiahe 110 kV substation, with a total length of 21.905 km.

5. Public notice period: September 1, 2021, to September 28, 2021.
