Recently, following an expert review organized by the Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Bureau and the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, Zhongli Talesun Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. was recognized as a qualified demonstration unit for the first batch of Jiangsu Province’s enterprise intellectual property management standardization program for 2016. In 2015, Zhongli Talesun initiated efforts to establish standardized intellectual property management, setting up a dedicated IP management department and establishing an organizational framework led by the president, covering R&D, production, administration, procurement, finance, sales, human resources, and other functional areas. The company has also formulated numerous management systems and procedures to standardize all IP-related activities, ensuring proper oversight of raw material and equipment procurement.
Recently, following an expert review organized by the Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Office and the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, Zhongli Talesun Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. was recognized as a qualified demonstration unit for the standardization of enterprise intellectual property management in the first batch of 2016 in Jiangsu Province.
In 2015, Zhongli Talesun initiated the standardization of its intellectual property management system, establishing a dedicated IP management department and putting in place an organizational framework for IP operations, led by the president. This framework encompasses the company’s R&D, production, administration, procurement, finance, sales, human resources, and other functional areas. The company has formulated numerous policies and procedures to regulate all IP-related activities, ensuring that every stage of its business—ranging from raw material and equipment procurement, product manufacturing and processing, product R&D and technological improvement, technology collaboration and transfer, to the export of technologies and products—is conducted under controlled conditions. As a result, Zhongli Talesun has developed a sustained, stable, systematic, and standardized IP management capability.
At the end of 2015, leaders and experts from the Provincial Intellectual Property Bureau visited our company to conduct a performance evaluation and audit of our enterprise intellectual property management standardization efforts. The on-site assessment was carried out primarily through presentations, Q&A sessions, and document reviews. The experts unanimously concluded that our company complies with the requirements of GB/T 29490-2013, “Guidelines for Intellectual Property Management in Enterprises,” and offered high praise for our intellectual property management practices.
To date, our company has filed a total of 215 patent applications, including 114 invention patents and 92 utility model patents. We have been granted 23 invention patents and 80 utility model patents. Additionally, we have submitted 15 PCT patent applications, one of which has already been granted, and 11 of our products have been recognized by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology as “High-Tech Products.”
