Recently, Three Gorges Electric Power (Anhui) Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Provincial Electric Power Industrial Corporation have successively announced their shortlists of qualified photovoltaic module suppliers for 2022. Thanks to its highly efficient, reliable, and cost‑effective products, as well as its industry‑leading technological advantages, Talesun Photovoltaic stood out among numerous bidders and was duly included in the 2022 PV module procurement supplier lists of both Three Gorges Electric Power and Zhejiang Electric Power. Reportedly, the annual procurement volumes for this round amount to 1 GW for Three Gorges Electric Power and 2 GW for Zhejiang Electric Power, totaling 3 GW. In recent months, Talesun Photovoltaic has been accelerating its expansion into the domestic market, securing multiple contracts with State Grid Shandong Comprehensive Energy and State Grid Zhejiang Comprehensive Energy.

Thanks to its highly efficient, reliable, and cost‑effective products, as well as its industry‑leading technological advantages, Talesun Photovoltaic stood out among numerous bidding companies and was successfully included in the 2022 PV module procurement supplier directories of both Three Gorges Electric Power and Zhejiang Electric Power. It is reported that, in this round, the annual procurement volumes of photovoltaic modules from Three Gorges Electric Power and Zhejiang Electric Power are 1 GW and 2 GW, respectively, totaling 3 GW.
Recently, Talesun Photovoltaic has accelerated its expansion into the domestic market. The company has secured a series of major photovoltaic module procurement tenders from State Grid Shandong Comprehensive Energy, State Grid Zhejiang Comprehensive Energy, China Energy Engineering Group, State Power Investment Corporation, China Huaneng, China Railway Investment, Shanghai Electric, and other leading enterprises. In addition, it has signed cooperation and supply agreements as well as sales orders with numerous reputable energy companies, resulting in a robust order backlog. In 2021, Talesun Photovoltaic’s cumulative新增 domestic module cooperation and sales orders exceeded 2 GW.
On January 20, the National Energy Administration announced that China added approximately 53 GW of new photovoltaic capacity in 2021, maintaining its position as the world’s largest for the ninth consecutive year. In 2022, driven by a favorable macroeconomic environment aligned with the “dual carbon” goals, a return to rational pricing across the industry chain as newly commissioned capacity comes online, and a robust pipeline of photovoltaic projects, the sector widely anticipates a record‑breaking year for PV installations, with China’s new capacity expected to exceed 75 GW.
