Currently, the company has a global cell production capacity of 4 GW and a module production capacity of 5.8 GW, with two major manufacturing bases located in China and Thailand. In addition, Talesun Photovoltaic is among the earliest domestic companies to engage in power plant development and EPC services, and it pioneered a novel project model in the industry—“Smart PV + Agricultural Technology.”
Talesun is committed to providing customers with high‑quality, reliable products. At the same time, Talesun collaborates closely with industry testing organizations and reputable third‑party agencies to ensure its products meet or exceed industry standards. The company operates a 5,000‑square‑meter R&D laboratory and a 2,000‑square‑meter testing facility. As of the end of 2018, total R&D investment had exceeded RMB 2 billion, and the company had obtained more than 160 patents. Its products have been certified to European IEC standards and have received approvals from numerous globally recognized testing bodies, including TÜV SÜD, TÜV Rheinland, UL, CAS, CEC, JET, MCS, KS, TIS, BIS, as well as China’s CQC certification.
Talesun currently operates more than 45 branches worldwide, with its photovoltaic modules shipped to over 50 countries. Since 2015, Talesun Solar has been recognized by BloombergNEF as a Tier‑1 global module supplier and was named among the world’s top ten module suppliers in 2018. By the end of 2018, its cumulative global shipments had reached 12 GW, and the total capacity of its PV projects exceeded 6 GW.
