Recently, a delegation led by Guo Jun, President of ZTE Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ZTE Energy), along with Vice President Li Eryong and Supply Chain Director Chen Lijun, paid a visit to the headquarters of Suzhou Talesun Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Talesun Photovoltaic). During the meeting, they engaged in an in-depth discussion with Talesun Photovoltaic’s President Dong Shuguang, China Region Head Hu Guisuo, North America Region Head Xing Yabin, and other senior leaders on the current state and future trends of the photovoltaic industry both domestically and internationally, and subsequently signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The signing of this agreement signals that the two parties will embark on a deep, industry‑wide strategic partnership going forward. Guided by the principles of equality and mutual benefit, green development, and equal priority, both sides will further leverage their respective strengths within the industrial value chain.

(hereinafter referred to as “Talesun Photovoltaic”). The ZTE Energy team engaged in an in-depth discussion with Talesun Photovoltaic’s President Dong Shuguang, China Region Head Hu Guisuo, North America Region Head Xing Yabin, and other senior executives on the current state and future trends of the photovoltaic industry both domestically and internationally, and subsequently signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
The signing of this agreement heralds a deep, strategic industrial partnership between the two parties. Guided by the principles of equality and mutual benefit, green development, and equal priority, they will further leverage their respective strengths along the value chain, engage in close collaboration to tap into new‑energy markets along the Belt and Road, and pursue in‑depth cooperation in technological innovation. By pooling their resource advantages and operational capabilities, they will advance smart energy initiatives such as smart photovoltaics and smart agriculture, seeking greater room for growth and new opportunities under the vision of carbon neutrality.
Under the agreement, both parties will fully leverage their respective strengths in module‑technology innovation, project operations and maintenance services, brand promotion and management, as well as project evaluation and investment‑financing, to actively pursue collaborative partnerships, share high‑quality project resources, jointly develop photovoltaic projects at home and abroad, enhance the economic returns of their respective projects, and achieve mutual benefit and win‑win outcomes.
At the signing ceremony, Guo Jun, President of ZTE Energy, stated: “We are deeply honored to establish a strategic partnership with Talesun, a world‑class photovoltaic module manufacturer.
