Public Notice of Acceptance for Soil and Water Conservation Facilities of the Nanxun 100 MWp Fishery–Photovoltaic Complementary Power Generation Project, Huzhou Xianghui Photovoltaic Power Generation Co., Ltd.

In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Water Resources’ Notice on Strengthening Mid‑ and Post‑Project Supervision and Standardizing the Self‑Verification of Soil and Water Conservation Facilities for Production and Construction Projects (Document No. Shui Bao [2017] 365), an acceptance team was established, with our company serving as the team leader and comprising representatives from the soil and water conservation plan preparation unit, the supervision unit, the monitoring unit, the construction unit, and a third‑party agency. This team independently organized the acceptance inspection of the soil and water conservation facilities for the Nanxun 100 MWp Fishery‑Photovoltaic Complementary Photovoltaic Power Generation Project of Huzhou Xianghui Photovoltaic Power Generation Co., Ltd. Following the project’s approval, our company commissioned the plan preparation unit to develop the project’s soil and water conservation plan.

Recently, Suzhou Talesun Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. officially announced that its newly developed next‑generation core product—the MBB monocrystalline and polycrystalline module—has, following successful compliance with the TVSUDIEC new‑standard testing in November, also passed the TVRhIEC new‑standard tests. With this achievement, MBB modules have now undergone professional evaluations by two leading authorities, thoroughly validating their superior quality and performance and enabling them to offer customers safer, more reliable products. In recent years, as photovoltaic renewable energy has grown rapidly and found increasingly broad applications, demands for PV product quality have continued to rise, while certification standards have likewise become more stringent.

Wang Baixing, Chairman of the Board of Zhongli Group, has been named a “Prominent Figure in Energy Transformation over Forty Years of Reform and Opening-Up.”

On December 19, the 2018 Energy Annual Conference and the Fourth China Energy Development and Innovation Forum, co-hosted by the “Energy Development” Weekly of China Reform Daily and China Petrochemical Corporation, was held in Beijing. More than 500 participants attended, including representatives from the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Energy Administration, local governments such as Anhui, Shanxi, and Hebei, as well as experts, scholars, and corporate representatives from the energy sector. Wang Weifeng, President of Zhongli Group–Talesun Power Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to attend. This year’s forum was themed “Transformation and Integration, Open Innovation,” and featured in-depth discussions on energy innovation and transformation. On December 12, the 2018 International Energy Summit and the 8th Global Top 500 New Energy Enterprises Summit, co-hosted by China Energy News and the China Institute for Energy Economics, was held in Beijing. This year’s forum was themed “Carving a New Path Forward to Usher in a New Era of Energy Transition,” aiming to assess industry development trends and jointly advance transformative change in the energy sector. During the summit, the “Top Ten New Energy Figures of 2018” were officially announced, with Wang Baixing, Chairman of the Board of Zhongli Group, receiving this distinguished honor.
